D128 Preschool Screening will take place on Monday, February 10, 2025, from 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM for all children 3 - 5 years of age who reside in School District 128. Please call 708-597-1285 between 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM to schedule an appointment beginning January 8, 2025.
Areas of development assessed include speech and language, gross and fine motor skills, concepts, social/emotional, and self-help skills. A vision and hearing screening will also be conducted. A diagnostic team of district personnel will screen children under the direction of District 128 Administration.
